Sampled on tap at Cascade Brewpub, pours a dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma of port wine, red wine, vanilla, chocolate and some dark fruits - awesome complexity on the nose. Flavour is remarkably complex - red wine, port, red berries, sour notes, vanilla, chocolate and bourbon - ABV burn at the end but well-concealed. Most excellent sour.
