On tap at hood river pub. Pours out a dirty dish water color. Nose is tart crisp apple some slight astringent notes. Taste is more of the tart and sweet apple along with some wood.

750mL bottle at Bailey's, pours a hazy pale golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp complex apple notes, oak, and some funky notes. Flavour is very dry and crisp, with very dry apples, oak barrels, and some wild notes. Very dry, complex and oaky, with unmistakeable brett characteristics. Excellent cider.
