Cask (gravity) @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Three Castles Tornado ].Clear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, grass, light nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, caramel, pale malt, fruity. Body is mediumto light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141011]

Hand-pulled pint in my local Wetherspoons on 25th Sep 2014. Good looking beer, amber and clear with a good cream coloured blanket of foam on top. Malty molasses tempered with a dry hop finish, a nice brew.

Cask at JDW Charlie Hall; clear amber pour with a frothy off white head, citrus aroma, taste has citrus along with some bitter grapefruit, sweet malts and a hint of grass.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Golden amber with a tiy aroma; crisp hoppy taste. A satisfying bitter.
