The Butcher - krwiście czerwone IPA o przekornie wytrawnym charakterze w duchu West Coast. Ostra, krótka goryczka nie przesłania wplecionych do piwa słodowych detali, zaokrąglających jego smak. Cytrusowo-sosnowe aromaty są zasługą użycia gigantycznej ilości amerykańskiego chmielu na zimno.

30.07.2018 Aromat przyjemny. słodu z chmielem, słodki. Piana gruba opadająca. piwo bursztynowe. W smaku dosyć wytrawne jednak. Właściwie w smaku dominują chmiele sosnowo żywiczne. słody majaczą gdzieś w tle, karmelu właściwie nie czuć. Piwo jest średnio nagazowane średnia treściwość jest dość gładkie, w finiszu zostaje goryczka. Ogólnie piwo to jest smaczne i zdrowe, chmiele są dominujące, i raczej jest wytrawne

Bottle at home. Aroma is malt, caramel, fruits, rosehip, piny hops, some sulphury notes and slightly metallic. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a strong bitter finish. Body is medium. Interesting, has some off-flavours is but it’s a fairly enjoyable beer despite its flaws.

500ml can from Piwne Mosty. Bbe 11.10.22. Poured amber deep color. Thin white head. Caramel, toasted malty aroma with resiny bitterness in flavor. Notes of candy with caramel sweetness. Pleasant carbonation. Not a bad red IPA.

Kor mocno rubinowy, piana drobnoziarnista beżowa szybko się redukuję, aromat to połączenie chlebowo owocowe w smaku biszkopt, kawa, sosnowe posmaki, cytrusy i ziołowa goryczka .

18/IV/20 - 50cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck (Vichte), shared @ home, BB: 16/I/21 (2020-347)
Clear amber to red brown beer, nice dense creamy beige head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty, caramel notes, bit malty, oxidized. Not the freshest IPA anymore it seems... MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice bitterness, dry, soft roast, very hoppy, grassy, almost medicinal, some caramel. Aftertaste: nice bitter finish, malty, caramel, some dried fruits, nice one! Not an ipa though...

Tap @Kufle i Kapsle in Warsaw. Dark amber with orange highlights, off-white medium foam. Nose: amber malts with some hints of sweet caramel. Mouth: really interesting, the brown malts match well the roast, carbonation is medium-lie and the finish starts sweet and ends bitter (very bitter).

Potezna piana gorycz zywica grapefruity, ananasy, morele, pigwa. Metne o czerwonym odcieniu, Swietnie wytrawne goryczkowe zywiczne pycha. Kolejny raz Brokreacja mnie nie zawiodla. I love Cracow
