Old rating - Brought from La Cave a Bulles, an excellent bottle shop in Paris. In 330ml bottle format. expiry date 22 May 2014. Pours a cloudy orange coloured body with a finger-width, off-white head. Aroma is solid with a bunch of citrus pines and florals. A few resins and just a touch of grainy malts. Flavour is bitter and dry. Fairly lengthy aftertaste following a medium body and an active, moderate carbonation. One of the better French pale ales.

Bouteille 33cl @ Niamey's 3rd craft beer tasting, merci Willy. BB 29/03/2018. Dorée, blonde, col blanc. Arôme au nez de céréales, grains, Vienna, fruité sur touche d'agrumes avec léger rétro de purée de fruits. Palais de grains, Vienna conférant une bonne rondeur, pâle, et effet de céréales assez prenant. Agrumes pour les houblons dans un effet classique plutôt Cascade, touche épicée sur la fin.

[ As Outland Home ].Clear medium orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, cookie - biscuit malt, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, herbs, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, pale malt, herbs, orange. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160123]

Draught sample. Slightly, hazy amber-golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with pale malts, citrus fruits. Taste is bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes dry and bitter with tropical fruits. Nice APA.

Tap@The French Craft Beer Festival at Malmö Brewing Taproom, Malmö - golden coloured pour with white head. Citrus fruity hoppy and malty aroma and taste, satsuma, lemon, straw, caramel, some grassy and floral nuances, refreshing, hoppy bitter finish. Ok apa.

Les Trois 8, Paris tap: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is some tropical fruit, like citrus. Taste is a bit bitter. Bright and fresh pale ale. Pretty good, but nothing outstanding.

Hazy golden color with a white head with good retention and medium lacing. Aroma has notes of citrus, fresh hoppy and some maltiness. Flavor with a decent bitterness, citrus and orange peel notes. Bitterness and dry mouthfeel on palate with fruity notes. Very enjoyable beer.
