Draught at La Fine Mousse, Paris
Cloudy amber color, without much head. Very nice aroma of fruity hops, yellow stone fruits, light mango, grassfields. The body is well structured, there is a good malt flavor, with a light crispness in the background, it gets drier in the end, and it has a high bitterness level, still with some interesting hop note. There are traces of yeast.
Pleasant, still a bit rough.

From tap at La Fine Mousse. Pours cloudy to clear orange with a small white head. Aroma is smooth fruity, crisp hoppy and light peachy. Solid carbonation. Peachy and grapefruity. Mixed sweet and citric. Likley a sweet impression. Lingering fruity and crisp hoppy finish.
