On tap at Archive Beer Boutique, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out light wild yeast and not much else. Flavour is lightly tart, with wild yeast, some tart citrus and earthy biscuity notes. Light but refreshingly tart and just enough wild character. Could be amped up, but seems the Aussie market can't handle this yet.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Draught at the New Sydney Hotel, Hobart. Cloudy, tan, thin head. Tart, bit yeasty, nice lactic note, and yeah the yeast is a bit muddled but good.
