Draft pour pint at Beardslee. Head beertender’s favorite crafted onsite beer, though it took me this long to finally grab a pint. Coffee and chocolate. What can go wrong. Pours a near black. A rich milk chocolate to compliment a bold coffee bean aroma and flavor. Sweeter side end result. Slight roast that lingers. A porter like this is probably one of the easiest styles to drink for me. Smooth, chocolatey refreshment. Very tasty!

On tap at Beardslee, pours a deep dark brown / black with a small white head. Aroma brings out cocoa notes upfront, followed by toasted malt. Flavour is dry, with toasted bread and light cocoa. Light-medium bodied, with a decent balance.
