Brewed with Chinook hops then dry hopped with Citra.
Aromas and flavors of grapefruit and pine, nicely balanced and not over-hopped.

On tap at B-Side, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out diacetyl upfront, with bready malt and light hops. Flavour is unfortunately ruined by the diacetyl, followed by a dry malt base and light hopping. Too much diacetyl. Gotta fix this.

Draft pour pint at the Hop and Hound. Rating #2012, the yeast the world didn’t end (again). Pours an oily copper color with a full cover of foam head and lace. Soft hops and caramel aroma. Flavor is caramel malt heavy, rich and sweet. Subtle hops and a low bitterness. Pretty good, but not much of a standout for me.
