500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Strawy and grainy aroma, a touch of wet grass. Taste is initially minimally sweet pale malty with a touch of honey in homoeopathic dosage, a touch of citrus, later dry, minimally strawy, hints of grassy hop in the finish.

Bottle (by kind permission of joss!):Golden, visible carbonation, mid-sized - quite stable - fluffy head; sweetish-grainy-malty nose with distinctive hoppy touch; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; some light fruity influences in the malty-bitter finish. Good Helles..............

Re-rate from bottle. Elegant citric and grassy hoppiness, soft, cracker malt, restrained sweetness. Very nice. Bottle! Golden, low head. Light grainy nose. Spicy entry, grassy hops, grain. Chewy body. Good balance, wellcrafted.
