On tap pours out a pale pink. Nose is nice plums berries some cheese. Taste is more of the nice sweet plums some sour notes and a nice cheese.

Pinkish colour, no head. Has a nice plum and apple aroma. Tart on the palate, not much carbonation. Has light plum influence, won’t call it super clean. Ok.

On tap at Bottleworks, pours a hazy amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out sweet red apples, honey and red fruits. Flavour is very dry, with lots of apple skins, some vinous notes, and light acidity. Finishes dry, lightly acidic, and no sweetness. Good stuff.
