Draught at Fermentoren. Spotty lacing from a finger thick white head. Cloudy golden body. Smell of grainy malts with citric notes. Taste of bread and citrus, coffee notes far behind. Mild bitterness to the finish. Medium bodied. Easy to drink. Satisfying (Copenhagen 15.05.2016).

On tap at Fermentoren. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Great pilsner malt aroma of fresh grain, bread and straw. Fresh flavour of grain and bread with straw and light herbal hops, leading to a nice, rather bitter finish. The best kellerbier I’ve had outside of Bayern?

On tap at Fermentoren. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of bread, grain, some fruit and some hops. Medium body and with a lively carbonation.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Halmtorvet 29 c, Copenhagen, Denmark 1700. [ As Fermentoren Kellerbier ].ABV: 4.6%. Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, sweet malt, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity malt, sweet malt, grass, grain, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160122]

Keg at Fermentoren CPH, RBESG ’15 day 1, 20/08/15. Very lightly hazed golden with a decent off white covering that retains well. Nose is pale malt, grain, grassy vibes, light floral notes, herbal touch, lemon. Taste comprises fresh grass, pale malt, light cereals, bread dough, citric tinges. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent fresh keller bier.
