Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, barnyard, light citrus - grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, barnyard, pale malt, floral, sour fruit - citrus. Tap@Beer Ditch, Malmö - pours gold with a white head. Aroma and taste holds prominent medium sour citrus lemon, zesty, hay, straw, light grassy floral hoppy backing, tart finish. Very nice.

Draught. Hazy orange liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of lemon, light funk, apple skin, light mineral, earth and light grain. Taste is dry and light sour with notes of lemon, light apple skin, bread and mineral. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Nice, crushable.
