A classical wheat beer. We did our best to add bitterness and citrus taste to this beer. Kumquats, in generous quantities, gives this wheat at very characteristic taste of citrus peel, and bitterness that is not often seen in wheat beers.

On tap at Furbrew, pours an opaque filthy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh tropical fruits, yeast and light bittering hops. Flavour is full of citrus zest, with tart kumquat, dry citrus and harsh bitterness. Dry and zesty, with a pithy finish. It's a little harsh, but drinkable.
