Can, 0.50l, courtesy of CanCrusher. Aroma is grainy, grassy, floral and citrusy. Pours clear golden color with medium sized soapy white head and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts refreshing grainy and citrusy, following is herbal, honeyish and medicinal, mouthfeel is smooth but dry, while finish is heavy bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Decent one…

500 ml can #14 from the 2023 Costco Advent calendar. Pours a hazy gold color with a white head and great retention. Very good lacing. Doughy malt aroma. The taste follows the nose: Strong, dominant doughy malt flavor and a light herbal finish. Very smooth and clean, and a little sweet. Initially too doughy for me, but you get used to it really fast. Just don't drink it with regular pale lagers. Medium body. Light carbonation. No bitterness. Good Helles.
