Fleisch, Copenhagen as Vollbier Hell on tap: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is standard bready lager. Taste is somewhat sweet and low in hops. Not bad, but nothing spezial.

Tap sample@Taphouse (Thanks Søren) - pours gold with a nice big head. Aroma and taste is sweet and crisp bready malty, some straw and hay, grassy hoppy bitter finish.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow, small white head. Aroma is grassy and slight straw. Toasted, grassy and slight straw. Slight sweet malty. Toasted and mild grassy finish.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Schnitzlbaumer Helles ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light grain, vegetables notes, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, light grassy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160130]

Bottled, from Biershop Bayern. Clear golden, rich firm head. Grassy spicy hoppy nose. Dryish with light-medium body and firm, rounded mouthfeel. Mildly fruity with crisp bready malt and spicy hay-like hops, notes of Earl Grey tea. Balanced bitter finish. Nice quaffable dryish helles, with distinct similarities to Czech lagers.

Klare goldene Farbe, ordentliche weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch getreidig, malzig. Geschmack sehr getreidig, malzig, ansonsten unspektakulär, süffig, aber nichts besonderes!
