Sample at the taproom during the "GABF Throw-down at Beryl's!" on 10/05/2017. Reddish-amber color with a medium bone white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of brandy, fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of brandy, ripe fruit and malt. The finish is sweet with a brandy and oak aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

On tap at Beryl's, pours a hazy dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is very harsh, with perfume, brandy barrels and subdued English malt. Flavour is harsh as well, with tons of paint thinner, perfume and nail polish remover. Harsh and impossible to drink. Not done well at all. Needs tons of work.
