Formerly known as Brickers Hopped, Cascadia includes carefully selected hops from the Pacific Northwest to dry hop this cider giving it notes of citrus and grapefruit. Unlike a beer, this cider does not have any bitterness as the hops are not boiled (which is what gives beer it’s bitterness). Dry hopping brings out the delicious aromas and flavours from the hops to compliment the apple notes.

Tasting at SF, Vancouver
Pale blond color, hazy. Nice aroma, flowery, crisp, elderflowers. The flavor is mildly lemony, dry, dynamic.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry floral hopping, with a bit of green apple acidity. Flavour is fairly light on the hopping, with green apple, some apple core, and a touch of acidity. Clean-ish, but nothing special. Typical North American cider.

Touch of haze. The orbit hop lends a lot of citrus and florals. Hoppy, touch of bitterness, tart shot of malolactic. Juicy. Little bit of sweetness. I like this - not great cider but well-hopped.
