Bottle. Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Clear, copper colour. Bubbly, off white head. Nice, strawberry, jammy hop to this. Some undertones of pine. Toasty malts. Taste has a modest, rising bitterness. It’s pretty good, but is let down somewhat by the over carbonation. Gives it a thin feeling palate. Finishes light bitter. I’d fancy trying this on cask.

Howling Hops Tap Room, Tank. Hazy amber beer, thin cream colour head. Palate is light and nicely crisp, really nice condition again from these tanks. Malts are fairly light but do bring a streak of bitterish toffee. Hops are pithy orange with a little citric peel. The crisp finish delivers a little fresh citrus. Pretty quaffable.
