Cask @ Ship and Mitre, Liverpool. Clear copper-amber with a small head. The biscuit-grain hits you straight away in its taste, itโ€™s certainly dominant and very pleasant, giving it quite a gritty texture. Thereโ€™s a fair few malts in here too, most notable in its nose.
