This wheat based farmhouse style beer was fermented with a blend of Wild Brewer’s yeast and two saison strains, then aged on fresh lemon zest and farm grown coriander in a mix of wine and bourbon barrels. Citrus character from the spice and fruit dominate the aroma, and are completed with the natural overripe fruitiness of the yeast and a dry finish.

Bottle at Weathered, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite perfumey, with coriander to temper it and lots of lemon cleaner. Flavour is similar, with lots of lemon upfront, tempered by a slightly spicy coriander. Spicy and floral. Fun beer.
