Bottle 330ml. @ queue for 9th. BBF 2017 [ 9th Borefts Beer Festival 2017 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Two Chefs Billy Biscuit ].Clear medium red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, caramelized malt, light brown sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, malt bitter, caramelized malt, caramel, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. On tap at Cannibale Royale Lange Niezel. Dark brown colour, beige head. Aroma of some burnt caramel, hint of cocoa and dark fruits. Flavour is grainy, light fruity, some tobacco, burnt caramel. Light bodied. Lacks in all departments.

Bottle at home. Clear dark brown with tan head. Sweet and dry caramel malts, chestnut, white pepper and old leaves. Moderate sweet, strong bitter. Medium body, slick feel and soft carbonation.

Bottle. Dark amber color. Aroma has caramelised malt, ripe fruit, almond and chocolate. Taste has sweet caramelised malt, chocolate, almond, biscuit and some iron. Tastes like bokkepootjes indeed, but I don't know whether that's a good thing.

Thanks to Benzai! 330 ml. bottle sampled in que for Borefts 2017. Day 1. Drank from the bottle huge sugar, caramel, malt syrup, sweet hay, sugary, some dry leaves in the finish. Good sugar & malt brew, body is likewise. Nice surprise.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy brown. Toasted malty and breadish. Roasted. Dark malty. Caramelish. Toasted dark malty finish.

Bottle shared at the borefts line. A clear orange brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of nuts, biscuit, caramel. Taste of strong biscuit malt, nuts, medium bitterness.
