Cask handpull at the Pup and Duckling, Solihull. Poured a clear medium golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, light zesty citrus, big woody hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a smooth, malty, light fruit, light pepper spice, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Handpull cask at the Salmon, Leicester. Golden and clear with a full white head. Floral and slightly buttery aroma with light citrus. Bitter, fruity taste with intense astringency in the finish. Kumquat peel and physalis in the aftertaste. Interesting, and grows on me.
