Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 6/1/2014. Unfortunately, this was as unpleasant as others noted. Diacetyl dominated, colliding head on with some earthy malts. I struggled to finish it. An early contender for worst beer of 2015.

Bottle split at home, thanks to James, 27/11/14. Clear golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is biscuit, diacetyl, unripe fruit, earthy hop twinge. Taste comprises much the same, light vanilla, straw, bready notes, fruit, butterscotch. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with light bitterings. Classic twig - Meh !
