Bottle, 8.3%. Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, yeast, smoke and phenols. Flavour is malt, caramel, yeast, plastic, phenols, dirty, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 4.5

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavior. Some tripel notes but some flaws aswell. Average moderate bitter finish. oily palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting, my house. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are smoke, fruits, yeast, soy, bread, caramel and hops. A bit odd

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, yeasty, light vegetables and heavy candy sugar. Flavor is very sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 211115
