Bottle from Det Lille Bryggeri @ Kollund. Pours black with a fading brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, wood, oak, little vanilla, bourbon. Flavor is light bitter, rich roasted malt, wood, oak, slightly tart, bourbon, some alcohol. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, light bitter finish with warming alcohol. 100223

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a smallish, light brown head. Lovely and clean Bourbon aroma, plenty of vanilla and wood. Massive booze. . Rich body, but a dry roastiness with plenty of Bourbon notes. Almost too dry for an Imperial Stout. Massive roast biterrness. 251022
