Bottle. A- Coffee, chocolate, roasty, subtle vanilla. A- Black color, dark liquid, light brown head. T- Roasty, bitter chocolate, slightly dry, coffee. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, dry roasty finish. O- This was tasty but still left some to be desired. The coffee on the nose is nice but doesn’t translate to the palate more than just a bit. A tad messy but again, it was decent.

Almost opaque brown beer, tidy pale tan head. Palate is dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Dry coffee and a whisper of dry cream. Mild sweet esters, well buried. Trace of dark fruits. Dry finish. Coffee linger. Okay.

Bottle from gbbf 2015 and drunk at home. Black beer lasting tan head. Certainly a strong coffee aroma. The flavour is more coffee bean fruity. The coffee is a little camp. Dryish but not powdery finish. That bean fruit flavour continues into the finish. Not sure I entirely liked it no bad flavours just a little too much coffee perhaps.
