Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small, rough, white head. Yeasty nose, some overripe fruit. Medium body, strangely tart with some underlying banana notes and rather fizzy. No real bitterness. I really think this is infected. 120924

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of lemons and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, lemons, and banana, leading to a dry finish.
