Bottle bought @ Hemköp Majorna. Pours hazy pinkish pale red with a small fizzy pinkish offwhite head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass. Smell is slightly malty and fruity with yeasty wheat dough, cereal, raspberries, yoghurt, hay, dry soil and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sour, slightly malty and slightly fruity. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly dry, slightly tart and medium bodied. Finish is slightly sour with crackers, cereal, wheat flour, buttered popcorn, raspberries, yoghurt, hay and lemon zest. Solid if not for the disturbing buttered popcorn element. Wouldn’t mind more fruit either. Solid low abv beer if the butter problem can be worked out.
