Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy golden, rich head. Lightly fruity nose with some peach. Dryish with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Wheat buns, peach and notes of citrus. Low bitterness. Laidback summer beer.

Sample at Systembolaget. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of coriander, hay, citrus and light yeast. Also something that reminded of canned mushrooms. Similar taste. The body was light. Drinkable.

50 cl patent bottle, batch 431/170315, BB 2015 Nov.Cloudy straw yellow to golden color, white head. Fruity, light phenolic scent. Yeasty, sweet, yeast bitter like brown yeast taste. Yeasty, spicy aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, very low bitterness.

Sample at En Öl- och Whiskymässa, Gothenburg, April, 2015. Hazy yellow, big white head, dissipating leaving lots of lacings. Fresh aroma of white pepper, apple, new cut grass, hay, citrus. Taste is medium sweet with sour notes, making it almost like juice, slight pale malt, citrus, lightly spice. Ends dry. Light body, medium carbo. Perhaps not a typical wit per se (not enough yeast/coriander) but very drinkable, very nicely balanced as always from this brewery.
