Citra, Bravo and Centennial hops shine in this classic IPA. Biscuity malts balance hoppy notes of orange grapefruit and pine with a nice dose of bitterness to finish.

Keg at Euston Tap, London. A hazy golden/amber coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, pine aroma. Tastes similar, hoppy, citrus, pine, some grapefruit. Decent enough but I prefer this from the bottle.

12.03.2017, 12 oz bottle @ home:
Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly concentrated fresh grassy, leafs, hops, citrus peel, hay, flowers, light malts, lawn, moss, hints of pine needles and caramel. Taste is dry grassy, weeds, leafs, hay, flowers, lawn, hops, light malts, bark, minerals, alcohol, pine needles, citrus peel, paper. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Keg from Drygate. Golden amber. Hazy. Pine resin through the roof in the aroma. No room for much else! Sweet taste dominated by sticky hop. Long resinous aftertaste. I don’t tend to mind a one dimensional beer when the dimension is this fantastic. But the brewers obviously know their onions so a bit more complexity wouldn’t have gone amiss.
