Cask at GBBF 2015. It pours clear deep amber - brown with a tiny beige head. The nose is brown bread, earthy, coffee, cake and malt loaf. The taste is smooth, bitter - sweet, earthy roast, mild acidity, cold brew coffee, toasty and light spice with a dry finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Simple bitter.

On gravity at the Great Welsh Beer & Cider festival, 6/6/2013. Deep, ruddy brown with a slight, off-white head. Sweetish bitter, with plenty of berry fruits, caramel, slightly earthy malts and a moderately bitter finish. Good.
