Much like the intricate Serge fabric with its interwoven construction, our beer embodies refinement and sophistication. We've named our session strength IPA to Serge to capture its seamless fusion of flavours and craftsmanship.
Crafted with an abundance of Citra hops, Serge delivers a super juicy, tropical fruit flavour reminiscent of the tapestry it’s named after.
Expect intense notes of mango, guava, and lychee fruit, all interwoven to perfection. The result is a characteristic haziness, a full-bodied experience, and a pleasantly balanced, light bitterness finish that lingers gently on the palate.

Hazy pale yellow. Thin foamy white head. Aroma had light citrus with herbs and underlying malts. A hint of sugariness. Flavourwise it has initial sour citrus and light hoppy bitterness. Underlying sugar. Light. Thin. Benefits from Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Nice and polite stuff.

Semi-cloudy gold with white head. Citrus aroma, light damp grassiness, some exotic fruit. Taste is the same, with a grainy aftertaste in the middle and lacking hop intensity towards the end. Easy to drink, decent medium body, noticeable oat influence. OK

Can from Asda. Semi-hazed gold with white head, reasonable retention. Aroma of citrus, light dank grassiness, some black pepper. Taste is the same with a cereal flavour through the middle and lacks some hop intensity by the finish. Easy drinking, decent body for the strength and a touch on the fizzy pop side.

On tap at Broon Coo in Mansfield - cloudy yellow body with a thin white top. Herby and citrussy with a bitter grassiness. Bit too fizzy.
