75cl bottle, stored in the cellar a couple of years, finally opened on a hot sunny day watching Soundgarden's '92 documentary Motorvision. Pours a misty gold, medium white head. Big zesty spicy menthol nose, continues to taste. Big bright sour edge, with huge bursts of methol and rosemary, perhaps a little too much, but pretty flavoursome and different with a gentle carbonation.

AIBF2016. Very hazy burnt deep yellow pour with a frothy white head. Light bready malts, yoghurt, clotted cream, lemon and grape nose. Light sour and tiny sweet taste. Slightly dry and balanced tart mouthfeel. Solid but doesn’t quite pop.

Gushing to very dense & fine yellowish head; pale ochre beer. Rosemary & lavender jumping out of the glass. Slightly sourish note. Sourish, mild lactic acid. Bit lemony, slightly herbal, but not expressly rosemary. Spritzy carbonation, light body, acidthinning. Very good - nose excepted. If, as I’m told, that this beer is his least, then I certainly want to taste the rest! Thanks, Louis!
