330ml bottle. Jet black colour with small, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, dark beige head. Sweet-ish, dark malty aroma, hints of nougat, praliné, toffee, a fruity touch of cherry and plum, oaty müsliy overtones. Taste is sweet-ish dark malty and minimally metallic, bitter hoppy, minimally citrusy, hints of nougat, toffee, some cherry, plum. Mercury-like, heavy, well-defined, liquid body, viscous texture, smooth and soft, slightly creamy palate. Not fully convincing.

Dag 2 i Lokomotivværkstedet (maj-19), og jeg nærmer mig indspurten. Fra flaske: brunsort uten skum. Saftig, med bjørnebær, solbær, mørkbrent kaffe og milde urter.

Dark ruby colour, almost black. Lots, lots of sour cherry, also some dark chocolate. Lightly sour. Does not taste like a porter, but it's good.

Black, ok stable light beige head. Aroma has lots of chocolte and cocoa, some light licorice notes too. Sweet flvour, again a lot of chocolate. Caramel and roast. Body is rather light, almost too light for the sweetness and chocolate IMO.

Czarna barwa, piana beżowa szybko ulatuje. W aromacie gorzka czekolada, kawa oraz jakies owoce w tle. W smaku niczym nie powala do tego dochodzi kwaśność. Alhohol wyczuwalny.

6 3 7 3 13Draft at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Black with a small tan head. Aroma of massive soy sauce, chocolate, toffee, red vinous notes almost. Flavour is heavy sweet. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Wow, this is crazy soy sauce, even way more than the Dark Lord of soy sauce.
