ISOTONIC är vår tolkning av ölstilen gose. Den är en ljus suröl på 4,5% bryggd med salt och koriander. Isotonic har en medelhög syra, påtaglig sälta ihop med en försiktig dos koriander och markerad maltighet. Passar bra för sig själv eller till rätter av fisk eller skaldjur.

Bottle at SMÖF 2015, October 24.Cloudy yellow to golden color, white head. Some phenolic smoke scent. Acidic, some smoke taste. Smoke, phenolic, herbal, acidic aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, very low bitterness. Also fairly salty that takes a while for me to reqognize.

Flaska från SB. Äppeljuicefärgad, lätt disig, snabbt försvinnande skum. Trä, vinäger, citrus, torr och lätt träig, omogna äpplen, aningen sälta. Trevlig

Bottle from SB Regeringsgatan. Pours fizzy orange with no head. Malty aroma with dough, yeast, salt and crackers. Taste is more or less the same with more dominant yeasty flavor. Slightly salty and tart, with dry finish.

Bottle at Katarina Ölkafe. Hazy light amber with a white head. Lactic with citrus, light coriander, some salt and bread. Quite refreshing and with a light body.

Bottle. Light hazy light golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon, light sulphur, grain, coriander, cheese and apple skin. Taste is very light sweet and light sour with notes of lemon, Iight salt, grain and cheese. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Dirty sour. Death to sour mash!

Draft @ Brewers Beer Bar, Göteborg. Pours a hazy golden pale orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity sour tart weak salty aroma. Fruity sour tart salty flavor with weak hints of citrus. Has a fruity sour tart finish.
