Sample at All In Beer Fest. Pale, hazy orange with white head. Light herbal, tart aroma and taste with peach, tart zesty lemon, white grapes. Quite dry and tart. Very nice.

Bottle from Tommie, BB 09-07-2026, large sample. Slight hazy golden color, medium frothy head. Aroma is fruity, bit bitter lemon, spicy, can get the rosemary, funk, slight lactic, slight oak. Soft lactic and citric sourness, slight spicy, funky. Sparkling from spice and carbonation. Great balance.

[9/22/16] Bottle sample at Pre-Borefts RateBeer Tasting at ABC Beers in Den Haag. Thanks everyone for sharing bottles! Hazy golden. Sour aroma of caramel, fruity hops, and nice funk. Great sour funky flavor, with hoppiness. Medium-bodied. Really good.

Bottle shared at Pre-Borefts Ratebeer Tasting 2016. Pale orange pour, hazy, with a white head. Notes of red fruit, roasemary, citrus hops, honey. Medium body and carbonation and a bitter-sweet finish.

Bottle at Kimchi 2016. Very hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma of tart peach, weeds, light apricot perhaps. Flavour is light sweet and light moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. [13/08/2016]

Thank you kermis. 750 ml. bottle sampled @ Pre-Borefts Ratebeer Tasting 2016. Hazy orange, little white head. Nose is rosemary, low mint, lemon, zest, puckering, white grape. Taste is milky sour mint, rosemary, awesome kitchen spices, sour juicy white grape lactic. Lactic zest, body very juicy; pretty. Pretty brilliant if you like the spices used.

Bottle shared @ Borefts Pre-tasting. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste wheat, moderately sour, quite vinous with a nice sour-bitter finish. Dry finish as well. Decent. 6-7-7-6-8 (7.0) -- Rerate March 16th 2025. Old bottle, been in my cellar for years. THT 10-09-2026 (10 years) according to the label. Incredibly nice. Way better than it was years ago.

Sampled @ Pre-Borefts-Tasting 2016. Trübes goldgelbes Bier mit geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch säuerlich fruchtig, holzig, Kräuter. Geschmack mild säuerlich, Kraut, limetten.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is spicy, rosemary, a bit funky. Taste is the same, with a very tart peach/apricot note. Fizzy carbonation. A bit weirdly spiced again, like their cassis.

Bottle at Pre-Borefts. Slight hazy golden with white head. Lots of funny herbs, dough, rosemary, light gooseberry. Soft sweetness, medium sour and light bitter. Almost medium bodied. Nice!
