Fra cask på brewpuben: nesten helt klar kobbergylden med tett skum som varer helt ned. Deilig maltsmak med hint av skogbunn, kjeks og skarp citrus. Slank.

Cask at source. A dark orange amber coloured pour with a lasting loose off white head. Aroma is nutty malts, brown sugars, maple , some dried fruits. Flavour is composed of light nutty malts, honey monster cereal, toffee, raisin. Palate is light, semi sweet, moderate cask condition. Hint of mineral. Little dull but a passible bitter.

Cask at the brewpub, 10/06/15. Golden amber with a decent light beige covering. Nose is light fruit, toffee, earthy, trace of red berry, straw. Taste comprises light smoke, toffee, dark fruit shreds, light biscuit. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close with light btitterness. Solid enough bitter, probably their best beer for me.
