Tap@BlackSwan, Copenhagen - golden pour with white head. Fruity and light malty aroma and taste, some citrus and tropical notes of peach and grapefruit, easy drinking number. Nice.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours slightly hazy dark yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, yeast, light brett, spice, grass, herbs, fruit. Flavor is malt, yeast, spicy brett, herbs, grass, fruit. Medium body, lively carbonation, dry finish. 270815

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus, 5.4%. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, notes of brett, and a little grapefruit. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, little sweet, little earthy, grapefruit, pineapple, notes of brett, little lemon, little dry and medium bitter.
