Named after the ethereal song by the one and only Deftones, Phantom Bride IPA is a blend of Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic hops delicately balanced for the perfectly drinkable mix of citrus and hoppy goodness. A truly original Deftones/ Belching Beaver collaboration envisioned by Chino Moreno and skillfully crafted by Thomas Peters. Sit back, put on your headphones and drink away.

(Can, taster, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 4 Dec 2021) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, tropical fruit and pineapple. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of mango, citrus, pineapple, tropical fruit, lemon candy, soft malt and a balanced citric bitterness. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Rich and tasty with a good hop profile and a balancing malt presence. But you had me already with Deftones. Very nice.

1 pint can. Unclear golden, fluffy head. A lot of pine, resin, herbal grassy hops, grapefruit, caramel and honey. Herbal hoppy bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, long hoppy bitter finish. A nice classic West Coast IPA!

Rocky white head stayed on a translucent light amber coloured body. Malt & pine aroma. Medium bodied, sharp & clean. Bitter, pine, resin, grapefruit & bubble gum tastes with a sweeter citrus finish. Big hop hitter

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours slightly hazy golden - amber with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is sticky grapefruit, tangy, piney, resin, bready, dull toffee, peppery spice and as it warms a monkey nut character.... The taste is firmly dry, bitter, resinous, pine needles, sticky west coast green vibes, sticky, oily, nutty edge, pithy, zesty, grapefruit, pomelo and a touch of alcohol with a drying, zesty finish. Medium body and average carbonation. The monkey nut vibe is a bit off-putting to the overall experience. It's fine, but underwhelming.
