0,33 l bottle, bought at Brause-Syndikat, BI. Murky copper in the glass, one finger head. Banana and sulfur on the nose, similar to a Hefeweizen. Taste starts with a short bitterness, followed by more typical fruity German Hefeweizen taste but not really complex. Little bit dry finish. Okay.

Nice fresh fruity beginning. Smooth, a bit sweetish-red. Ripe fruit, a bit too sweetish-sugary. No real bitterness, grainy body, a bit too sticky.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts fine hoppy, grasy, modest dry. Bitter background. Mild fruity notes of lemon. Finish mild, soft-malty, still fine hoppy-flowery. Nice one!

26-12-18 // 330ml bottle from the brewery. Revisit after 3 1/2 years and a recipe change. Much much better. 1 whole point up. Good classic German hefeweizen now. 3.7 . . [backlog] 26-07-15 // bottle at home. Pours a cloudy orange colour. Small white head. Taste is light yeasty. Spicy. Average. 2.7

330ml bottle. Clear dark amber colour with average, frothy, collapsing, off-white head. Banana plays an enduring aroma solo with clove aside, awaiting her cue in vain, accompanied by pianissimo orchestral malt spiciness. The taste score provides a break for the orchestra, the banana executes the solo’s fatigable final section, in doing so a general indifference escalates, just a bitter hop note disrupts the monotony without noteworthy timbre.

Danke an Koelschtrinker für dieses Bier. Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, bananig. Geschmack fruchtig bananig, leicht würzig, hefig.

Dark yellow with a creamy white head. Malty vanilla banana bread and a liitle bitter aroma and taste.
