Smell of yeast, some citrus and spices. Cloudy yellow colour, very high white head. Aroma of grain, pepper, herbs, some hops, some yeast. Light body, dry palate. Lightly sour. Wild carbon. Fresh. A very good saison.

Samea, ruskeanoranssi olut valkoisella melko pienellä, mutta reilusti pitsiä jättävällä vaahdolla. Tuoksu hiivainen, viljainen, kukkainen ja kevyen mausteinen sekä eksoottisen hedelmäinen. Hapan ja sitruunainen. Aika hiivainen, joten ei ehkä ihan niin raikas kuin voisi olla. Kiva kesäinen kokonaisuus kuitenkin. Katkeroa pieni aavistus. Keskitäyteläinen suutuntuma. Toimii.

Brewdog Helsinki. Keg. Hazy gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Classic saison herb and mild spice. Modest floral fruits underneath. Mild malt creamy sweetness. Light dry spicy finish. Not bad at all.

Draught @ [ SOPP 2015 ] @ Railway Square / Rautatientori, Helsinki, Finland. [ As Iso-Kallan Panimo Saison ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, tart fruit, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, spicy, citrus, apple, sweet yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150723]

Keg at SOPP, Helsinki. Hazy golden, small head. Milky sourish nose. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Hay, cobwebs, lemon peels and yoghurt. Metallic finish.

A cloudy, orange beer with a weak and blond head. The nose has citrusfruits, spices, hint of sourness, slightly yeasty. Taste is quite sour, some lemon, strong spices, herbal end. Medium bodied, strong carbonation. Too much of yeast that is bothering and reducing the freshness, otherwise good beer.

Bottle at Winston Fest. Orange a bit hazy color, steady white head. Saison yeasty, "wet socks" and fruityness in the nose. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Saison yeasty peppery flavor. Quite weak malt base, but clean flavor.

Draught (Bryggeri Helsinki, Helsinki) - Golden with a white head. Lemon, floral hops, peach and spice in the aroma. Fruity and slightly spicy taste with peach, yeast and apricot detected. Refreshing.

Draught@Naamat, Tampere. Hazy orange colour with a mediumsized head. Aroma is zesty, some mild sour wood, mild yeast as well as herbs. Flavour is zesty, citrusy, bready and quite crisp biscuity notes with mild yeast. Watery, and lacks some of the proper funkiness. Still a good attempt, which does get quite close on the way.
