Bottle shared at Cotteridge Convention 2017. Cheers! Pours clear brown with a creamy, khaki head. The nose holds well toasted brown bread, dried fruits. Moderately sweet, with light cocoa. Light bodied with average carbonation. OK balance in the finish, some leathery fruits, light chocolate, more toasted bread. Not bad.

Very good milk stout. Aroma is dark and roasted malts with a hint of sweet. Flavors where it really shines. It’s not overly sweet with dark and roasted malts and an understated amount of sweet also a little mint

Cotteridge #3: 20th May 2017. Bought at the brewery in Long Beach and brought back to England by me to share with friends, which is why it turned up at the 3rd Cotteridge Wine Convention. I thought the British malts should come home! Black bodied, tanned head. Plenty of chocolate like aromas in the malty nose, taste also has a chocolate flavour, smooth bodied, almost milky soft in the mouth.
