(swing top bottle, 33cl) Hazy, slightly reddish golden colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty, mildly fruity hoppy aroma with notes of berries, citrus and shades of resin, discreetly malty background. Slightly bitter and mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Soft malty base with traces of caramel, sour dough, accompanied by a moderately fruity hoppy touch; a bit slim, fruity hoppy, even a tad vinous finish. Not a great, but sessionable brew. 14.II.16

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, fruity malt, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruit, passion fruit, grass, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151024]
