Cask gravity @ GBBF 2015. Pours a black color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate flavor with hints of caramel. Has a roasted malty chocolate and caramel finish.

[ As Boulder Beer House Porter ].Clear dark black brown color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, spicy, dark malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, spicy, roasted, mint. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150811]

Cask at GBBF ’15, day 1, 11/08/15. Extremely Dark Mahogany Brown With A Decent Off White Cap. Nose is earthy roast, cocoa powder, biscuit, light mint. Taste comprises earthy roast, toffee, chocolate, pinch of spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Adequate porter.

Cask@GBBF 2015, Olympia, London - pours black with a tan head. Aroma and taste is medium sweet and roasted malty, toasty malty notes, with chocolate, coffee, caramel, cocoa, some dark dried fruit, dry roasty finish.

From cask. Pours hazy brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, chocolate and dark malty. Smooth, light herbal. Roasted. Dark malty. Bitter. Chocolate and dry finish.

Cask at GBBF 2015, day 1 - London. Pours clear ruddy brown with a light, tan cream head. The nose holds light chocolate and...mint? Light to medium sweet flavor, cooling and minty, with light roast and chocolate. Light bodied with fine carbonation. More cooling mint in the finish, with mild bitter earth and further cocoa notes. Not bad.

Cask at GBBF 2015. It pours darkest brown with a small beige head. The nose is toasty, earthy roast, chocolate, fruit cake, raisin and sultana. The taste is smooth, toasty, bitter-sweet, raisin, sultana, fruit cake, earthy roast and milk chocolate with a smooth finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Well-rounded and very drinkable. Tasty.
