Beak Brewery in Lewes, East Sussex, England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

IPA - New England / Hazy Regular
Score
7.35
ABV: 6.5% IBU: - Ticks: 4
This IPA was brewed with silly amounts of Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops. The former brings sherbet-y white wine aromas to the table, while the latter imbues the beer with flavours reminiscent of lemon, lime and ripe flat peaches.

(Draught at Muted Horn, Berlin, 22 Apr 2023) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, citrus and grass. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, grapefruit, peaches, grass, white bread and a balanced citric/tropcial bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh, juicy and tasty. Very nice.

Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen (11/03/2023) - Nice fruity antipodean leaning action, getting the nelson gooseberry and juicy tender white grape, some melon and lemon coming in, medium soft malty body and mouthfeel, solid hoppy close, very nice.
