12 oz. bottle. Clear gold color, with a small, bubbly, white head. White bread, pine sap, vanilla, orange peel, and cloves. Sweet and malty, with a sharp, mild bitterness. Easy, crisp, and clean. Nice.

12 oz bottle poured. Bottle purchased at Belmont Station. A clean, clear, pale golden pour. Thin, fading head. Watered down grain aroma. Not a whole lot going on, though I expect an impressionable aromatic quality in a cream ale is hard to come by, unless you are adding a bunch of stuff to the base. Not bad means good in this case. Crisp in taste. Cool and clean. Not a whole lot of flavor going on. A slight dusty grain going on, with a watery finish. A stay hydrated kind of beer for me. Not a whole lot else going on. Not bad at all.

Draft. Golden beer with a cream head. Light citrus and light malt aroma. Bready flavor with light malt. Medium bodied. Breadiness and light malts linger with light citrus.
Had to clean the palate mid flight.

Tap at Harry’s Hofbrau in Redwood City. Pours slightly hazy yellow with full and sustained white head. Overt cereal grain on both the aroma and, especially, the flavor.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow. Aroma is malt-forward and lightly buttery. Body is light, with a low carbonation, some malty sweetness and little bitterness. Palate is short, but not watery. Goes down almost like water, yet clearly is not water in every sense.

(Tap) clear pale yellow with a small white head; aroma of flowers, noble hops; balanced, refreshing flavour with a long, very light tart and bitter finish

[2/19/15] Draught at Beachwood BBQ in Long Beach. Clear golden. Aroma of graininess and mild fruitiness. Sweetish flavor, grainy, slightly fruity, with bread and a faint bitter note in the finish. Light-bodied.

GABF 2014. Pours a fairly clear golden yellow appearance with an off white head. Clean profile. Some sweet corn, dough, biscuit, and a bit of lemon. A little bit on the sweet side but overall a solid offering.

On tap at Beachwood, Long Beach, August 2014. Clear golden with a small white head. Fresh with bread, hay and some light hops. Easy to drink, on the light side. An ok beer.
