En ljus bärnstensfärgad öl som är bryggd med pilsnermalt, havregryn och karamellmalt. Den är sedan rikligt humlad med sorterna Mosaic och Chinook både i koket och under jäsning. Humlen bidrar med mycket tropiska dofter och smaker. En klassisk IPA på vårt sätt. Bra till lite fetare och saltare rätter som en bearnaise, en burgare med pommes frites eller hollandaise.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy amber, creamy head. Generous aroma of grapefruit, lychee and pears. Mid sweet with medium-full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Richly hoppy with citrus and pears. Bready, grainy malt leads to a very bitter finish with mild resin. Thoroughly well made from the bottom and up.

500ml Bottle - Amber with a slight haze. Pine, grapefruit and peach in the aroma. Hoppy taste with grapefruit, peach, orange and some slightly earthy notes. Hint of sweetness in the finish.

Sample at Systembolaget. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of hops, grapefruit, light caramel and some berries. Also hints of pineapple and hay. Not that bitter. An ok one.
