Our tribute to the great West Coast IPAs that have completly shifted our way to see beer back in the days. Our version is a little bit more balance than many of the old days WCIPA to maximize drinkability. A simple mix of base and crystal malt provide just enough backbone to support the floral, citrusy and piney notes from the classic C hops from the green field of the Pacific Northwest.

Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 4th February 2020. Pours almost clear, big sticky head. Aroma is resinous, pine, taste is bitter, fruity, there is a strange creamy mouth feel, which makes it less sharp, otherwise good.
