on tap oro quasi arancio torbida buona schiuma discreta persistenza legno ciliegie sotto spirito note tanniche discreto corpo intensa discreta acidita finale riscaldante piuttosto secca un po amaro

On tap at LuppoloStation in Rome. Golden a bit unclear with a medium-low white foam. Nose: spicy and sugar cake, marzapane. Mouth: thin, a bit sweet calvados, confusing but ok.

Tap at La Fine Mousse, 1st August 19. Pours a rich golden colour. Aroma is fruity, slight funk. Taste is complex, slight tart and yeast, fruity, Sherry, barrel and wood. It’s got great depth. Good stuff
